They replaced our roof which had experienced hail damage and were reliable, professional, and extremely communicative throughout the whole process. I was given a clear timeline for when the installation would take place, a heads up the day before confirming the installation plans, and a progress update on the day of the installation informing me how it was going. Taylor also answered all my questions thoroughly and was just a pleasure to work with — for all my future roof needs, I’ll be going back to Taylor at Sky Manor Roofing!

Jake Soto noticed the hail damage to our roof and hooked us up with Sky Manor. Jake and Sky Manor worked with our insurance company to secure the entire roof replacement. I was pleased with the opportunity to discuss roof options, and the honest presentation of pros and cons of each. Ultimately, we decided on the F-Wave roof in order to protect against hail and provide a long-lasting roof. The additional cost for the F-Wave was similar to the cost of our deductible, so the extra cost seemed like a no-brainer to get the 10-year hail damage warrantee. The project was done when scheduled, despite questionably stormy weather. The team worked around the storms and got an incredible amount of work done in less than three days. When questions or problems arose during the project, Jake and Chuck were always available and responsive. We asked them to also replace our 26-year-old gutters and downspouts, and repair some stucco. The stucco looks beautiful, and these projects were completed in less than two days, as well. Payment was online, simple.
Some of our other home projects are not progressing as quickly and smoothly, so I really appreciate our positive experience with Jake, Chuck, and Sky Manor!

Sky Manor Roofing replaced the roof of a house we were renovating. In the worst possible conjunction of events, the house was under contract with the closing date set and only then did we discover that it needed a new roof (we had an earlier inspection but there was snow on the roof so it didn’t get properly inspected). We got several bids but none of the companies were as responsive, informative and reasonably priced as Sky Manor Roofing. They walked us through all the alternatives, then after we chose them, expedited the process of selecting shingle colors and getting the project scheduled. They also helped us negotiate through the insurance process from working with the adjuster, to noticing the insurance company had measured the roof inaccurately, to getting paid. In the end, the roof was finished with a week to spare and we closed on the property successfully.

Dustin and his crew are knowledgeable, responsive, good at offering and explaining alternatives, and getting the job done right. All-in-all I would highly recommend Sky Manor Roofing for any roofing work you need, whether it be minor repairs to replacing the entire roof.

Mark Dulon with Sky Manor Roofing inspected my roof after the recent hailstorm in Denver in June 2021. Mark confirmed that my house did not need a new roof, even though Mark found that the house next door did need a new roof. Sky Manor installed a new roof on the house next door promptly and efficiently, and it looks great. Everything about Sky Manor was very professional.
